Happy 3rd Birthday Logan

June 19, 2010! Happy 3rd Birthday Logan!!!

Today was all about Logan and it started with his favorite breakfast item: donuts!

After breakfast daddy took Logan to see the new Toy Story 3 movie that just came out. His favorite characters at the moment are Buzz, Woody and Iron Man.

Later Grandma Milsaps and Grammy and Grampy came by and we enjoyed pizza and Toy Story birthday cake.

Logan opened up a couple of gifts. Grandma Milsaps got him a Toy Story outfit and a Buzz Light Year toy.

Grammy and Grampy got him the Toy Story 1 and 2 DVD's.

Great Grandma & Grandpa Tannehill got him the Iron Man DVD and the 3rd peice to his birthday train.

Great Grandma Smith gave him money to go shopping with.

Mom and Dad gave him an Iron Man puzzle, Iron Man floaties, and a scribble and write by Leapfrog.

Here is a video of the "waterslide" that daddy rigged up for Logan in the backyard. Boys will be boys.

Bike Riding

I am so proud of Logan!! He has successfully learned how to ride his bike (with training wheels of course). He still makes me nervous however. Here are a couple of shots of him. So cute.

Happy Easter

Logan woke up on Easter morning and his first request as usual was.... chocolate donuts until I reminded him about the Easter Bunny lol. He has recently taken a liking to puzzles which he does surprisingly well at so as part of his present from the Easter bunny was a huge floor puzzle and of course candy.

For breakfast Logan and I made special Easter pancakes which had chocolate chips and Easter sprinkles. He definitely enjoyed them more than I did.

Here are a couple of shots of him hunting for eggs. Everytime he would find an egg he would shake it to make sure there was candy in it LOL.

It's crazy to think that next year I will have two babies on Easter. Well one toddler and one baby.

Balamory Private School - 1st Day

Today was Logan's first day at his new school - Balamory Private. As you can see from the picture's, he made himself right at home. Eli and I are so excited and blessed to see what the future hold's for Logan and eventually his brother here. It is more of a preschool than a daycare where education and nutrition are top priorities. Most of the children leave Balamory Private and enter Kindergarten at a first grade reading level and usually enter the gifted and talented program. His teacher Mrs. Laura has her master's degree in early childhood development and has been working with children for over 15 years.
